A crash into a power poll early Sunday morning took out the power to some of Price.

The accident took place at 1400 East and 800 North according to the Price Police Department. The collision caused damage to both the pole and to the vehicle as well.

The utility pole was replaced on Sunday morning and that removal and replacement caused the power to be shut off to northeast Price.

The driver of the vehicle left the scene of the accident and did not report the incident.

On Monday Price Police Officer Susan Hyde located the vehicle that had been involved in the crash but had yet to determine who the operator of the vehicle was at the time of the accident.
