Feral cats pose mounting problem in Carbon County, across southeastern Utah

A stray cat discovers that a bird feeder makes a comfortable perch. Stray felines may be cute, but the large numbers of the cats can become a nuisance. Feral cats continue to pose a mounting problem in the eastern Utah area. State and local animal control agencies urge people to get pets neutered or spayed to prevent litters of unwanted kittens from growing up to be feral cats.
