East County kids battle winter conditions for Easter eggs

Max Valdez, 2, of East Carbon frowns at the wet and cold winter weather following this year's Rotary Club Easter Egg Hunt in Sunnyside. Kids of all ages showed up in their warmest clothes to gather eggs despite the frigid conditions. More than a half inch of snow fell immediately following the hunt.
