Students learn about proper flag procedures and care through mom's mission

Susie Hatch demonstrates the proper care and presentation of the United State's flag at Wellington Elementary. Hatch began speaking about the flags significance after her son was killed while training in Albania. Along with other skills, the veteran's mother taught students to keep the flag folded until it was taken to its pole and the correct way to fold the flag when it is not being displayed.
