Mike and Cindy Bowers of Salida, Colo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Corinna M. Bowers, to Jesse Wade Duncan, the son of Claude and Debby Duncan of Price.

Corinna graduated from Salida High School in 2006. She is employed at Wal-Mart in Salida, Colo. Jesse is a 1999 graduate of Carbon High School. He served four years in the United States Army as a combat medic, with two deployments to Iraq. He is employed at Colorado Department of Corrections in Buena Vista.

The wedding is set for July 4 at the United Methodist Church in Salida, Colo.

The couple will make their home in Buena Vista, Colo.
