Phil and Pam Roundy accept Price city's visionary service award at a recent council meeting.

The couple serve as president and vice present of Spencer's Wishes, a non-profit children's charitable organization based in Price.

The non-profit organization was founded in 2001 in honor of Spencer Roundy, who passed away in November 2000 at the age of 10 after a six-year struggle with brain cancer.

Donations to the charitable organization may be mailed to Spencer's Wishes, 689 N. Apple Circle, Price, UT 84501.

Contributions may also be deposited in the Spencer's Wishes account at Eastern Utah Credit Union, 675 E. 100 North, Price.
