SPRING GLEN - Diane Donohue Bent, 80, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009, in Tomball, Texas, where she and her husband lived each winter.
Diane was born on June 1, 1928 in Kenilworth to Christopher and Ethel Donohue. On Sept. 30, 1961, she married Daniel Earl Bent of Price.
They lived in Salt Lake City until retiring in Spring Glen with their dog, Katy.
Diane enjoyed researching genealogy of her family and was an avid animal lover.
She will be remembered for her ability to listen, her sense of humor and her sweet, caring nature.
Diane is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 47 years, Daniel Earl Bent; daughter, Kris Bent (Mark) Armstrong, Houston, Texas; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Diane was preceded in death by her daughter Desiree Robin Rasmussen (Pat) O'Hanahan; parents, Christopher and Ethel Donohue; sister, Shirley Donohue Clark; and brother, Harry Norton Donohue.
An urn internment is being planned for a later date at Price City Cemetery.
