Carbon Valley residents give puppies inauguration names

Dutchess takes care of her puppies that were born over the inauguration weekend. Because of that timing the puppies are named Barack (for the only boy) Sasha and Melia (after the new presidents daughters). While the weather has been mild that last few days, all animals, especially those with young should be given a warm place to sleep, plenty of food and fresh water daily to protect them from the winters elements.
