Editor:

President-elect Barack Hussain Obama promised us a new deal, but the largest number of his appointees are former Clinton people.

What is new?

As for President Bush, history will show him as a great leader. Those who still don't like the way the 2000 elections turned out, the left wing newspapers went down to Florida and did their own counts. You didn't hear about it because they found that Bush won. I know you will not believe me because your mind is made up and you don't want to be confused with the facts. Okay then, just keep on drinking the Kool-Aide.

Now, many of you Democrats will call this economy the Bush depression, but you may not know that Congress has more effect on the economy than the president.

The economy was strong and booming in 2006 when the Democrats took over Congress and now look at it. President Bush tried eight times in the last two years to beef up the oversight of Freddy Mac and Fannie Mae and the Democrats blocked it every time. Thank you Chris Dodd and Barney Frank.

Oh yes and remember that Chris Dodd, chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, got big breaks on his home from Countrywide. And Barney Frank of that same committee was dodging taxes on a resort property he owns off shore

As for President-elect Barack Hussain Obama, naming Bill Clinton to anything, I just wonder if Bill get to pick women as his interns?

One last point. Words have meaning. On that note, why would any coal miner vote Democratic when Bill Clinton stopped mines from opening in southern Utah and Barack Obama has promised to bankrupt the coal industry? Obama also promises to up everyone's taxes, most of all big industry. Big industry believed him. That is why people are being laid off even if the company is doing okay. Afterall they have to save up for the tax hikes.

Remember that Democrats have never met a dictator, tyrant or tax they didn't like.
