Dad proudly served his country by serving in the U.S. Army in World War II in the European Theatre and the U.S. Army Air Corps in the Korean conflict.

He had a great love of the outdoors. He loved to camp, fish and go after fire wood with his family.

Dad was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He had a great faith in Jesus Christ and shared his testimony in the life he lived.

He was a great example to his family of hard work and unconditional love of family.
