HELPER - On Dec. 11, 2008, our sweet, gentle and loving brother, uncle and friend, Joseph Gene Brown, left our world to be with his sweetheart, Jeanne, forever.
Joseph was born Nov. 22, 1947 to June Arlene Marvin Brown and Jesse Amos Brown in Payson.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and working for the restaurant. He enjoyed music and could be found making CDs for his family and friends.
He will always be remembered for his sweet smile and his loving heart.
He will be dearly missed by his survivors, including his sister and brothers, Liz (Allan) Palmer, Helper; Bruce (Terry) Brown, Pleasant Grove; Marvin (Laura) Brown, American Fork; and Jeffery (O'Leah) Brown, American Fork. He meant the world to his 17 nieces and nephews and their spouses; 59 great- nieces and nephews; and four great-great- nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
A memorial pirate party to honor Joe will be Saturday, Dec. 20, at 5 p.m. at 533 N. Main, Helper. Friends and family are welcome to attend. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
