Helper councilmen Kirk Mascaro and Dean Armstrong stand with Helper Beautification Committee members Anna Bozowski, Lois Giordano, Raymond Garcia and Neida Garcia in front of a new sign the committee had built and erected this past summer. The town is right in the middle of its Christmas Town celebration, with the biggest event, the Helper Electric Light Parade coming up this Friday and Saturday. Along with the parade come many other events in the town centered around the holiday season.
