Price Police Officers Tracy Allred and Bill Barnes investigate the scene of a two-vehicle accident that occurred on Carbon Avenue on Tuesday night.

According to Utah Highway Patrol Information Trooper Cameron Roden, the driver of a white Chevy Impala reportedly attempted to make a left turn from the Market Express parking lot and was struck by a southbound Dodge mini-van.

The driver of the Impala, 21-year-old Kori Blacksmith of Price, was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicant (DUI) after the accident, indicated the UHP trooper.

The unidentified mini-van driver was transported to Castleview Hospital with a possible broken leg following the incident.
