The Silver and Gift Stop has been in business for four and a half years. Owner Jan Price is an experienced businesswoman. She has owned and operated many businesses in Carbon County over the past 50 years.

The Stop has a variety of jewelry and unusual gifts including amethyst geodes, singing bowls, Indian drums and always a good showing of Bev Doolittle and Thomas Kinkade framed prints. There is something for all ages, male or female.

Each year brings new varieties of stones and designs. This year there are pearls of every color with sizes ranging from 3mm to 10-12 mm, the most beautiful being the black and white 10-12mm pearls. Each pearl has grown and formed in a clamshell for seven years. Pick out your own string and have them all hand knotted with silk. Design your own jewelry, and repairs are always part of the excellent service you receive at The Stop.

The Stop is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The first Friday of each month is Half-Price Friday. Call 613-2310 or stop by 26 E. Main in Price.

Having a small business in downtown Price has been an incredible experience and your visit to The Stop is always a welcome event.
