Joan Kone Anderson will celebrate her 90th birthday Oct. 19.

She was the third of seven children born to William Kone and Johana Gillett in Tooele. She married Wilson Jay Anderson on July 14, 1937 in Salt Lake City. He passed away on Oct. 28, 1980.

She has one daughter, Lori (Terry) Rowley; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She will celebrate the occasion with family on Oct. 25.
