Last month, Bo Huff hosted Jerry Dixey, contributing editor of Street Rodder Magazine, and his 13th annual tour at the East Carbon Museum. The tour of about 35 cars came through Carbon County as a pit stop on their way back from speed weed at the Bonneville Salt Flats. Individuals from New Zealand, Conneticut, Kansas, Canada, Oklahoma, Wisconsin and dozens of other states and countries were part of the tour. Mad Max and the Wild Ones rocked the event with their special blend of rockabilly and Gabriel the barber showed to give his own brand of custom chop jobs. The stop was touted as the highlight of the U.S. Street Rodder Tour.
