Memorial statue looks to heaven at Dino-Mine Park

This statue commission for the Dino-Mine park is the crowing piece of the memorial garden portion of the park. Its creator, Gary Prazen is know for his many local and national works. As a final note, the benches within the garden that were destroyed by vandals have been replaced.
