Carly Latimer, the mother of Destinie Yvonne Harmon, and Susan Morgan and Philip Ramsey, the parents of Blake Austin Ramsey, announce the union of their children.

The wedding ceremony will be Sept. 27 at 3 p.m. at the Main Street park in Helper.

A reception honoring the couple will follow at 5 p.m. at the Clamper's hall on Main Street in Helper.
