Rental sign survives former restaurant building's demise

Exactly what can residents expect to rent at the site in question on Main Street in Price? Is the sign advertising the pile of rubble or the machine behind the debris at the scene? Until recently, the old Matador Restaurant was up for rent, but the building was torn down by track hoes and hauled away in dump trucks last week. The building housed various restaurants in the past and sported a deck on the front with tables as well as the railing where the "For Rent" sign was displayed. That part of the building was nearly the last part to crumble so the sign was still in place while most of the demolition took place. Plans for the site remain undisclosed at the present time.
