Zero Fatalities program revisits Carbon High School teaching driver's safety

The Zero Fatalities program is aimed at teaching teens the danger of drinking, texting or doing any activity while driving that could impair their ability to pay attention. The program is taught in conjunction with the Every 15 Minutes program to keep teens safe.
