Marvin and Ardyth Bell announce the marriage of their daughter, Valery Ann Bell, to Jeff Michael Westergard, the son of Jeff and Vickie Westergard.

The couple will be married Aug. 23 in West Valley.

A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor Aug. 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Carbon Country Club.
