Welcome day at CEU starts things off

Welcome Day at the College of Eastern Utah is exciting and sometimes hectic.

Students spend a lot of the day solidifying their schedules, getting things in order and planning for fall semester.

There are a lot of things to take care of. Buying books is a big part of the day, while the student government sponsors various events to welcome new and returning students to campus.

Staff and faculty are also busy getting ready for the new school year.

Student workers who labor across campus to make money while they attend school often get some training in their new jobs on Welcome Day as well.

It's an exciting time and for many a once in a lifetime experience as they begin their college life.
