Falling branch cuts power downtown

A tree company cuts down a branch cut by residents that fell, knocking down the power line, which is shown drooping from the sky, on Tuesday. The noon hour became black for many businesses and residents as power was knocked out in the downtown Price area. It took a couple of hours to restore the electricity to those customers.
