A local hobby farmer cuts his alfalfa with a self made invention; a rake turned upside down with a hedge trimmer attached by baling twine. After using the device for a few days (and a few cuts of the power cord tool he ordered a hand scythe to cut his small field and found it to be quicker as well as less shocking.
