As gas prices continue to climb, many Carbon County residents are turning to different modes of transportation to travel around the community. According to the National Heart Foundation, the steep rise in gas prices may be hurting the pocketbook, but helping the heart. The foundation reports that more and more Americans are dropping the car keys and walking or getting on bikes as a primary mode of community transportation.
