Ambulance crew transports victim injured in bicycle-vehicle accident to hospital

Emergency personnel treat the victim of a vehicle-bicycle accident on Aug. 7. The unidentified elderly man was reportedly injured when the bicycle he was riding collided with a motor vehicle at the intersection of 800 East and Main Street in Price at approximately 3:43 p.m. The impact of the collision threw the bicycle rider onto the pavement, where the man incurred head injuries. Emergency personnel along with police immediately responded to the scene, started treating the victim and transported the man to Castleview Hospital by ambulance. The accident victim's condition was not available at press time.
