Fourteen Carbon High students are named to Academic All Region teams

Carbon High was well represented by their student athletes again this semester.

Fourteen student athletes made Academic All region for the Spring semester.

In softball Whitney Williams, Tamarisk Harwood, Erika Potts, Whitney Oliver, and Kelsey Gillespie were named.

For soccer it was Scott Potter and Travis Hobbs representing Carbon.

Kent Olsen, Brett Wells and Andrew Bates made the cut for boy's track while Erika Potts and Megan Garvin were named for girl's track.

Carbon baseball had Brandon Branch and Matthew Salas making the grade.

Carbon High Principal Greg Stanfield, Vice Principal Bruce Bean and Athletic Director Jeff Jorgensen and all the coaches are very proud of all the students that maintain high academic standard while also representing Carbon High on the sports field.
