Governor Jon Huntsman Jr. signs a bill into law as Representative Brad Kind and Senator Mike Dmitrich look on. Huntsman visited the College of Eastern Utah's Western Energy Training Center on Wednesday to affirm several pieces noteworthy of legislation.
