Elder Andrew Oyler has been called to serve in the Dominican Republican-Santiago mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is the son of Terry and Kris Bulkley of Price and Bart and Claudette Oyler of Tremonton.

Elder Oyler will enter the mission training center in Provo on March 26. After three weeks in Provo, he will enter the mission training center in the Dominican Republic for an additional six weeks.
