Scissor Talk, a full service salon opens

Scissor Talk, opened earlier this year at 35 North 300 East in Price. Owner Rachele Sacco says her new salon is a full service family salon offering hair cuts, perms, color, bleach, frost, weave, ear piercing, manicures, nails, pedicures, tanning, permanent cosmetics, waxing, eyelash tinting and perming and specializing in all types of massage.

Her Grand Opening is set for the month of August.

Rachele Sacco is owner and stylist, and is joined by stylists Maranda Barker, Carolyn Tamllos, Frankie Zupon, and Jodi Vea. Also associated with the team are Lisa Bridge, permanent cosmetics, waxing, and eyelash treatments and Andrea Howe, massage therapist.
