Ice fishing tournament to take place in late December

Scofield State Park staff will hosts its second annual ice fishing tournament on Dec. 29. Check-in begins at 6:30 a.m. and the tournament starts at 7 a.m. A prize for the biggest fish will be awarded. Everyone will have a chance to win a prize drawing, and free hot chocolate and hot dogs are available to participants. To register or for more information, call (435) 687-2491.
