Staff Sgt. Roman Vega, Jr. of the U.S. Army is currently deployed with the 1st Calvary Division. He has been involved in Operation Safe Haven (1994) with the 82nd Airborne Division, and in Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 1st Calvary.
