Local senior golfer's grandson wins state title at Soldier Hollow

Andrew Etzel tees off on a par three during the 3A state tournament at Soldier Hollow. Etzel spent time growing up in the Carbon County area and both his father and grandfather play regularly at the Carbon Country Club Golf Course. He won by shooting an even par 72 on the first day of competition and then coming back from a double bogey to take the title. According to Etzel it was the first tournament he has ever won.
