Richard Tatton

Many thanks to the citizens of Price City for the years of support you have given me to serve you on Price city council.

I again ask for your continued support in the position on Price city council.

Many beneficial projects are scheduled for the future development of Price City. With experienced, dedicated effort and hard work we can accomplish what is in the best interest of our city.

My pledge to you is to continue to serve Price City first.

Please call with your comments and suggestions about matters that concern you regarding our extraordinary city, from water issues to what we need for recreation in the parks. Citizens are the front line of what is going on and can help make positive changes.

Thank you again for your support.

Rick Davis

I was born in Standardville and attended Spring Canyon, Helper and Price Elementary schools and graduated from Carbon High. I attended the College of Eastern Utah. I am married to the former Charlotte Tochi and together we have raised two sons, Jason and Robert.

I enlisted in the United States Air Force from 1967-1970. Later I was hired by Utah Power and Light in 1971 and retired in 2002.

While serving on the Price city council, I have had the opportunity to serve on a number of committees to help resolve issues in the city.

I serve as a board member with the Carbon County Travel Bureau. I chaired a committee to review and upgrade the cemetery code to comply with today's policies. I met with the library committee to hear and try and resolve the concerns of the Price City Library. I administer policy for all parks and the swimming pool. I chaired a committee to create and write a real property management policy. I co-chaired the International Days Festival. I am also a member of Price City's safety committee.

I was involved with the Basso Dino-Mine Park. This project showed the compassion, strength, community involvement, and willingness of neighbors to come together.

We need to support and build for the young people of Price. We need to have creative thinking to maintain a balance between preserving our heritage and expanding for the future while maintaining the lifestyle we have become accustomed to living. We need to maintain and improve the infrastructure.

The decisions made by the Price City council affects every citizen of Price City. That is why your comments, ideas and concerns are so valuable.

I will continue to be committed in working toward a better Price City if I am elected.
