College of Eastern Utah students Ashlyn Hanna, Wendy Vogel and Kurie Pilling take to the track as part of an interval workout for an aerobics class. By including high energy and lower intensity workouts, people can increase fitness levels and avoid overuse injuries. Residents who decide to introduce different or more strenuous physical activities into exercise routines should start out slowly.
