Price plants permanent holiday tree

Mayor Joe Piccolo works with city cemetery, parks and street crews to plant a Colorado blue spruce in the Price Peace Garden. The goal is to eventually use the spruce for the city's holiday celebration rather than importing a tree to fill the spot every November.
