Dominic and Pam Pero of Spring Glen and Scott and Charlotte MacKnight of Price announce the marriage of their daughter, Kelly Pero, to Jesse Valdez, the son of Ernest and Robyn Valdez of Salt Lake City and Gust and Tara Kalatzes of Price.
The couple will be married June 9 at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Price.
Family and friends will honor the newlyweds at a reception from 7 to 9 p.m. that evening at Carbon Country Club.
Kelly and Jesse are graduates of Carbon High School. Kelly graduated in 1999 from College of Eastern Utah with a licensed practical nursing degree and in 2004 with a registered nursing degree. She is employed as an operating room nurse. Jesse owns a local contracting business
The couple will make their home in Price.
