Hole in one completed at Carbon Country Club by local golf enthusiast.
On June 9, Linda Kearns and her husband Tom was enjoying a round of golf. When the twosome teed off on hole 13, Linda realized that her ball had hit the green, but with the wind blowing hard, she figured it had rolled off the green. With a bit of an arguement, the two reached the green to find that her ball had rolled into the hole, completing her first ever hole in one. The amazing golf accomplishment was completed with a nine iron and was made from 89 yards.
