East Carbon celebrates Arbor Day

The Petersen Elementary Choir sings during the East Carbon City Arbor Day celebration at Viking Park. This year's event was the first time the city celebrated the event and Mayor Orlando LaFontaine proclaimed the date an official holiday during the ceremony.
