East Carbon police Sgt. Phillip Holt help clean up the wreckage of a single car accident. According to the Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Brian Lacy the driver of the white SUV was a 17-year-old male who reported that something had gone wrong with his steering. Lacy went on to report that after losing control the SUV rolled while traveling East on U.S. Highway 123 across from the Pacific Central facility.
