Helper city workers watch as W.W. Clyde crews replace a Price River Water Improvement District sewer line near a city's waterline. Crews opened fire hydrants near the site to relieve water pressure on the line. When lines are fully pressurized, a slight bump by heavy equipment can rupture the line. However, by receiving water pressure, crews can work closer to the line with a reduced risk of rupturing the waterline.
