Snowstorm reminds county residents spring is still weeks away

A Carbon County resident clears snow from his vehicle before heading to work on Monday morning. After weather warmed up in January, many county residents thought the groundhog was right and there would be an early spring. But after storms hammered the Wasatch Front over the weekend and lightly dusted the Castle Valley, they are reminded that spring will not officially begin until March 20.
