Contractor W.W. Clyde clears ground to accommodate diverted traffic at the Helper interchange. A water main was ruptured on the morning of Feb. 16 causing local work crews to move the road within the construction site to maintain safe passage for motorists. The situation was rectified with no accidents or public safety hazard.
