Castle Valley wears red in support of women's heart health

Community members listen to keynote speaker Mary Nickles at the 'Go Red for Women' luncheon last Friday. Nickles encouraged the community to be more conscious of heart health by setting exercise programs, eating healthy and scheduling recommended medical screenings and health checkups.
