New way to second floor

A student hangs from the bars around the track that runs around the gym at Carbon High School just before the girls basketball game against North Sanpete High school on Tuesday night. He got there by jumping off the bleachers and hanging on the bar and pulling himself up. He then climbed through the rails and onto the second floor track. No stairs, no elevator, no fuss, no muss.
