Youngsters enjoy outdoor winter activities after heavy end-of-year snow fall

A heavy winter storm moving across the southern half of the state early Thursday morning left Carbon County blanketed in white. With school out for the winter break, kids across the Castle Valley headed out into the cold the take advantage of the white stuff before it melted.
