Chelsea Lowe
James Oaks

Harold and LaRita Oaks announce the marriage of their son, James Oaks, to Chelsea Lowe, the daughter of Timothy and Karen Lowe.

The couple will be married Dec. 29 in the St. George LDS Temple.

A reception will presented in the newlyweds honor that evening in St. George. An open house is planned Jan. 13 at the old LDS Institute building in Price.

The couple will make their home in Cedar City, where they are attending Southern Utah University.


Khara Lowe
David Sanchez

Mr. and Mrs. Kent Lowe of Price announce the marriage of their daughter, Khara Christin Lowe, to David Sanchez, the son of James Sanchez of Price and Deborah Gilger of Oregon.

The couple were married Oct. 13 in Maui, Hawaii.

Khara is a Carbon High and College of Eastern Utah graduate. She graduated from Dixie College of Dental Hygiene and is employed by Dr. James Ott in St. George. David is a graduate of Carbon High.

The couple will make their home in St. George.


Vanessa Peet
Steven Lowe

Vanessa Peet and Steven Lowe announce their marriage Jan. 2 in the Manti LDS Temple.

A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor Jan. 6 at 6 p.m. at the old LDS Institute building.

Vanessa is the daughter of Harvey and Debbie Peet. She is the granddaughter of Don Peet, the late Fawn Peet, Henry and Illa Draper and Candace Draper. Steven is the son of Janet and Lloyd Lowe. He is the grandson of Rouie Mariorenzi, Jim Lowe and Homer and Marlene Thexton


Chaliese Williams
Carter Simkins

Curtis and Rose Williams and Douglas and Sue Simkins announce the marriage of Chaliese Williams to Carter Simkins.

The couple will be married Dec. 29 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor from 6 to 8 p.m. that evening at the Parkway LDS Chapel, 2801 W. 620 North, Provo.

The newlyweds will make their home in Price.
