CEU Nursing Students Put Together Fundraiser

College of Eastern Utah nursing students Roberto de Filippo, Jan Johnson, Sara Haycock, Rebecca Cook, Stephanie Dunlap review copies of a new cookbook they have helped to produce for a fundraiser. "A Taste From Home," a collection of recipes from the CEU Student Nurses Association 2006-2007, will generate proceeds to help students attend the National Nursing Association conference in Anaheim, Calif. in April 2007. Some eye catching recipes include Vanishing Oatmeal Raisin Cookies from Tiffany Bears, Chicken Parmesan Pasta from Ashlee Anderson and Potato Chowder from Rachel Jensen. To find out about information about the books residents can contact Tiffany Bears at 613-1195 or they can pick one up at the CEU Library.
