Helper Light Parade successful once again

Two girls with completely different expressions ride on a float Friday night in the Helper Light Parade. The event came off well, despite the bitter cold temperatures and winds that blew out of Price Canyon on both Friday and Saturday night. Along with many other side events the two day celebration was topped off by a holiday fireworks display on Saturday evening that lit up the sky for miles around.
