Reservoirs beginning to freeze over

As snow falls on Millsite Reservoir over the past couple of days, the water holes in the area begin to freeze from the cold temperatures. However, officials warn anglers and others not to venture out onto the ice until they are sure it is safe. The extreme cold takes some time to freeze the ice deep enough for foot traffic and for machines such as four wheelers.
